Everyone should be able to determine their own name really -
It's one of the heights of identity - self-identification...
not even parents should expect that their name for their child
is the perfect name that the child will want.
"Like parent, like child" - it's reasonable to maybe expect that
a lot of people relate to their (true, biological) parents on some level
and many will just be satisfied with the plain, simple brand of the parents...
Personally, for my own chosen name, perhaps, I'm thinking of something
native american inspired, like... "Watched-by-shadows"
